Steps to reproduce:

1. Provisioned a new, empty system
2. Download the latest sles 15 rpm
3. Attempt to install zabbix-agent2 (see "Result" section for failure)
4. result shows zabbix-agent2 install fail due to libc6 dependency on 2.28.  SLES 15.1 and 15.2 have glibc version 2.26.

Result:
[root@svd-pi-01 ~]# rpm -Uv zabbix-agent2-6.4.1-release1.sles15.x86_64.rpm

        libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.28)(64bit) is needed by zabbix-agent2-6.4.1-release1.sles15.x86_64

Expected:
Expected a successful installation of zabbix-agent2.

Since version 6.4, zabbix-agent2 has a dependency on glibc 2.28, which causes installations on sles 15.1 and 15.2 to fail.
