During configuration cache sync user macros (host and global) changes are detected by comparing cached data with database. However context operation is ignored so if regex context is used the comparison always fails, triggering unnecessary cache updates. This also means user macro cache will be recreated during every configuration sync, even if no macro was changed or templates linked.
