Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Problems or Latest data page, select a host group  (or tags or other options) and Apply the filter. 
2. Copy the URL for later use. 
3. Open Problems or Latest data for a single host.
4. Paste the copied URL with host group.

Result:
Both the Host group from step 1 and the host from step 3 are selected.

Expected:
Filter for respective page cleared, and only selected the parameters from the URL are filtered. 

Related to ZBX-21642 which fixes the originally reported issue by clicking in the frontend, but seems there is an edge case if Problems or Latest data pages are opened from links (e.g. sent in email or chat). This causes confusion in users which may wat to see specifically the info sent in the link. Otherwise it's hard to pass such information to other users. 

There is also similar behavior when clicking Back button in browser.
