TOPDesk Integration with Zabbix 6.4

      After upgrading from Zabbix 6.0 to 6.4.0 and 6.4.1 the TOPDesk integration (media) still registers a ticket when a problem occurs but doesn't update the same ticket when the issue gets resolved.
