Textarea input fields within modal windows can be resized to a width greater than their parent 'div' element and so - greater than the modal windows, but cannot be resized back.

Note: This affects all modal forms that contain textarea fields.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open host modal window
2. Resize to a width greater than the modal window 
3. Try to resize it back

Textarea field cannot be made wider than its parent div element.
