Steps to reproduce:

1. import new template template_server_dell_idrac_snmp.yaml
2. try to full clone or rename.

Result:

same for template_huawei_oceanstore.yaml

Also can't import community template template_huawei_oceanstore.yaml

Invalid parameter 1request_method value must be 0.

And can't rename old copy of IDRAC template from 6.0.

Possible to clone this templates without discovery rules.
