Steps to reproduce:

Precondition: Users with different user roles are added

1. Open Users -> Users
2. Select one of the User roles via multi-select field (for example Guest role or any other role)
3. Click Apply
4. See the results

Result:

Nothing happens, results are displayed without taking into account the selected user roles.
