zabbix_agent issue

      I have 2 ec2 with Zabbix agents with the same version and the same config. but one of them does not appear on the Zabbiz server through the Zabbix proxy.
       notes 
       we have a Zabbix server on-premise and proxy and agents on AWS.
      The Zabbix config file has ip proxy 
      one of them is working but the other does not 

      we create another ec2 but the same issue
