Priority of tags used on ServiceNow webhook

      We have events being created that inherits tags with same name, but different values.
      SN-IncidentQueue:OT-FILA01 - inherited from the host
      SN-IncidentQueue:OT-FILA02 - inherited from the trigger.

      When the ServiceNow webhook gets the information from SN-IncidentQueue, it seems to either prioritize or specifically use the first entry (the host level tag). 

      Is that a bug or something expected?
