Steps to reproduce:

1. Use the latest PostgreSQL by Zabbix agent 2 template
2. Set username & password for database in template macros

Result:

2023/05/31 07:31:44.675148 [PostgreSQL] Connection failed: failed to connect to `host=postgres-db-1 user=root database=user=zbx_monitor`: failed SASL auth (FATAL: password authentication failed for user "root" (SQLSTATE 28P01)). 

Expected:
Should be able to connect to the database and monitor it.

For me, the part in the log `database=user=zbx_monitor` looks not correct.
