When opening the list of users by group from a "User groups" page - the filter by user group is not applied, and full list of users is displayed instead.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Users -> User groups
2. Locate any group, that have a specific amount of users
3. Click on the Users next to the selected group

Result:

Full list of users is displayed, ignoring the user group
