We've been encountering an issue where the Zabbix agent, using PCRE for event log monitoring: Shutdown without error.

The issue arises specifically when using a regular expression intended for line breaks:

Text1(.|[ \t\n\r\f\v])+Text2

Debugging has proven challenging due to the absence of error messages during shutdown.

We need to generating errors that can be traced at DebugLevel=3, or by finding another solution to prevent the agent from stopping without errors.

Note: this issue is not reproducible in Zabbix Agent2
