      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Configure default authenication method to LDAP
      2. Configure LDAP user
      3. Configure internal user
      4. Disconnect LDAP connection

      Result:
      Error after timeout: "Cannot bind to LDAP server."

      No Access to zabbix server for internal users when LDAP is down/unreachable

      Expected:
      Check internal users after timeout when LDAP connection is unavailable to provide access to zabbix server when LDAP server is down.
