Change functions get_profile/update_profile to Class

      on "Administration/General" is error:

      Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_profile() in /home/www/zabbix/config.php on line 103

      I found this function (and update_profile using in config.php on line 107), on version 1.8.1, but in version 1.8.2 this function has remove.
