Configuration parameters of the PostgreSQL plugin for Zabbix agent 2 should be documented in the Process configuration -> Zabbix agent 2 plugins section, same as it is done for other plugins.

A good example for reference is MongoDB (since both PostgreSQL and MongoDB are external plugins).
