If user is creating new dashboard on Safari browser - the widget's placeholder is not appearing, if pointer is placed on the dashboard, and click is not providing any results.

Note: only when pointer is placed on the initial placeholder - possible to add widget

Steps to reproduce:
Precondition: Safari browser

1. Open dashboard
2. Create new dashboard (page) or edit existing empty dashboard
3. Move the pointer on the dashboard
4. Click on the empty space

Result:
The widget's placeholder is not appearing, click is not opening the add widget form. The initial Add a new widget box is not disappearing, when pointer is placed on the dashboard.

Add a new widget box should disappear, when pointer is placed on the dashboard, and appear back, when pointer is off the dashboard.
Dashboard-widget-placeholder should appear within the pointer, when it is placed on the dashboard. Click should open Add widget form
