[MS Edge] Checkboxes in Problem widget form are broken

      Steps to reproduce:
      Open MS Edge browser, go to Dashboard.
      Add new widget, select some widget type which will make short form, for example Clock.
      Then select Problems.
      Result: broken checkboxes.
