draggable area for graph zooming is calculated incorrectly.

1. in simple graphs it overflows left border (simple_graph.png);

2. in web monitoring, it is not possible to move selection to any of the graph wall edges (web_scenario.png - right edge pictured here, but same problem with left edge as well);

3. in screens, it is wildly different for various elements, but most have some problem;

4. in custom graphs, it looks like right edge is slightly overflowing
