Steps to reproduce:

1. Using any browser (Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge)
2. Open any Zabbix host configuration
3. Try to expand host 'Description' sideways, however it only allows verticle expansion
4. Open any Zabbix template configuration
5. Try to expand template 'Description' sideways, however it only allows verticle expansion

Result:
I am not able so screenshot where it shows the mouse icon with a 'virtacle' icon only rather than a 'diagonal' icon.

The diagonal expansion works on a Zabbix 6.0.18 installation however since 6.0.19rc1 it is no longer working.

Expected:
Any text field in the Web interface should expand both vertically and horizontally.

Frontend readability is effected with this.
