Attempt to remove user group mapping results in error 500

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Remove a user group that was being used in our JIT SAML configuration.
      2. Now the user group mapping still exists but the user group is gone.
      3. Can’t remove the mapping or update it any way, this results in a server error 500.
