Steps to reproduce:

1. create a new trigger action with multiple conditions.
2. Use type of calculation custom expression with two groups. one using AND another one using OR (screenshot1)
3. Move condition C from AND group to OR group, press update (screenshot2)
4. Review changes after update by opening again the action. You can see that even though the list of conditions is correct, A,B,D. C,E.... The custom expression is wrong (A and B and C) when it should be (A and B and D) as screenshot2. (see screenshot 3)
