If a user have removed all initial tag fields from a Host, Template, Trigger etc, and added a new tag - the new input fields are smaller in size.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Configuration / Data collection -> Hosts
2. Open configuration for any host
3. Click tags
4. Remove all the tags
5. Add a new tag

Result:
The newly added Tag fields are smaller, comparing to initial ones
