Unnecessary gap is present in the filters for tag fields on Monitoring -> Latest data

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open Monitoring -> Latest data
      2. Locate the tags in the filter block
      3. Change the option for tags to "Exists" or "Does not exist"

      Result:
      Unnecessary bigger gap is present between tag fields

      Expected:
      No additional gap should be present between the fields. Should be same as on the other pages
