We are still using Zabbix 4.0 (including 5.0), but when monitoring the Windows Event Log (item key : eventlog[]), we encountered the problem reported by ZBX-22695.
As a result, the macro "item.value" could not be expanded correctly due to the duplication of the columns "itemid, clock, ns". Please consider backporting the ZBX-22695 fix to older versions of Zabbix 4.0 and Zabbix 5.0.
