When nothing is changed during LLD still last check is updated and there can be lots of such slow queries, also when inserting new objects the insert can be quite fast but at same time with the inserts last check is updated which is slow.

It is unnecessary to update last check over and over again, it should only be updated when object is lost for the first time.
