      Hello! After latest updates (6.4.5 and 6.4.6) bug is found:

      # zabbix_server -R ha_status
zabbix_server: /usr/pgsql-14/lib/libpq.so.5: no version information available (required by zabbix_server)
Failover delay: 60 seconds
Cluster status:

      Seems there is something like this ZBX-19801
