Steps to reproduce:

1. Create template with a long name and 1 item.
2. Create a different template and inherit that previous template.
3. Repeat "step 2" 3-4 times.
4. Create a host and link the last created template.
5. Go to items and edit item.

Result:

Parent row in edit form is too long and doesn't fit in the form.

Similar problems can be find in triggerы, graphы, discovery ruleы and discovery rules inherited prototypes. Maybe other places.
