We have Azure MSSQL Managed Instance and wanted to monitor it using Zabbix. We are able to fetch metrics using MSSQL by ODBC Template. However, We are facing challenges to fetch metrics using Azure integration(https://www.zabbix.com/integrations/azure) with Azure Microsoft SQL database by HTTP Template. As per documented steps, we created Azure service principal with reader access to subscription and set the Macros. We are unable to fetch metrics and receiving below error(screenshot attached). Kindly help to resolve this issue.

Does azure integration/Azure Microsoft SQL database by HTTP Template supports Azure MSSQL Managed Instance?
