Steps to reproduce:

• Open Data collection -> Hosts
• Create new host with tag name:

  TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_TEST_
  

• Mouse over or click on the tag filter badge
• Check hint box

Result: Tag badge hint box doesn't fit the screen size.

e.g. from release/6.0 (Configuration->Hosts)->

master (Data collection->Templates)->

Expected: The hint box should fit the screen size.

Note: the issue is present in all places where tag badges are used and hints are displayed. E.g. Data collection -> Hosts list, Data collection -> Templates list, Services -> Services list.
