repo.zabbix.com often fails

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Configure zabbix debian repo
      2.  apt update

      Result:
      Very often (daily basis on our 50+ servers, but not always the same ones) obtaining:

      W: Failed to fetch https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix-agent2-plugins/1/debian/dists/bullseye/InRelease  Connection failed [IP: 178.128.6.101 443]
      W: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

      Even browsing via Google Chrome can sometimes trigger an error, eg. just got "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" on https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/6.4/debian/dists/

      Expected:
      Not having the error
