Below steps are done: 

Create MySQL user for monitoring as per manual

Created .my.cnf in home directory of Zabbix agent for Linux on /var/lib/zabbix path

 

copied /usr/share/doc/zabbix-agent-6.0.13/userparameter_mysql.conf to /etc/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.d/ path and took zabbix restart

 

only mysql and mysql version is showing... remaining details not showing in zabbix dashboard in latest data

 

getting below error in zabbix for mysql parameters.. not getting why this is showing
