Steps to reproduce:

1. create instance having 20 hosts with 500 000 to 2 500 000 Zabbix Trapper items
2. try to open latest data

Result:
Wait 5-10+ minutes even with a stopped Server on all flash NVME database with 64GB RAM

Expected:
Zabbix Frontend doesn't do heavy resource consuming things if user didn't asked to do this, especially if saved filter tabs cannot be populated or created for every user, since current filter tabs should be created manually or using API for every user.
