Broken template's edit page can be opened in the new window from the tab list

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Data collection -> Template (Choose any template) -> Items (or any other option)
2. Open the link for the templates configuration form from a tab list in a new window / tab

Result:
Broken page is displayed
