Impossible to test internal Zabbix items due to the addition of configurable timeouts per item

      After the addition of configurable timeouts per item in ZBXNEXT-1096 now it's impossible to test internal Zabbix items. 

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Install Zabbix 7.0 from latest sources (master branch or 7.0.0alpha5 archive), start the server.
      2. Go to default "Zabbix server" host and try to test any internal item.

      Result:
      An "Unsupported timeout value" error is shown.

      Expected:
      Retrieving data.
