Steps to reproduce:

1. assign "truenas by snmp" template to a truenas host
2. navigate to the items of the host
3. there is no SNMP Traps (fallback) item

Result:

Truenas does not only have an SNMP agent service, it also has a built-in Altering service using SNMP traps. without a SNMP traps fallback default item such traps are lost if the user does not create traps items on their own.

Expected:
An SNMP traps  fallback item should be included by default with the TrueNAS by SNMP template to support its native Alerting service using SNMP traps.
