Steps to reproduce:

1. Create service with the following tree
   1. server1.example.com (many tags, region, country, site, os, priority, etc..)
      1. Availability: ICMP (many tags, region, country, site, os, priority, etc..)
      2. Availability: Uptime (many tags, region, country, site, os, priority, etc..)
      3. 
   2. Create SLA for 2 Tags (Priority && Windows)
      
2. Look at SLA report and shows hosts that have a Linux OS tag not windows, but has a priority 1 so looks like this does not work
