Steps to reproduce:

1. Import latest Windows by Zabbix agent 6.4 template from:
   https://git.zabbix.com/projects/ZBX/repos/zabbix/browse/templates/os/windows_agent?at=release%2F6.4
2. Or import latest Windows by Zabbix agent 7.0 template from:
   https://git.zabbix.com/projects/ZBX/repos/zabbix/browse/templates/os/windows_agent
3. Link it to a Windows host with Zabbix agent 6.0.0+
4. Look at the item names in Latest data for example

In the Mounted filesystem discovery rule, there is missing a fourth LLD macro:

This should look like this:

Afterwards all item names will be beautified once again.
