Steps to reproduce:
- create trigger with trapper item to fire up on 0 to 1 change
- create SLA report
- create maintenance and ensure maintenance is set on the host
- fire up the trigger
- SLI is not dropped
- clean up the trigger state to OK
- remove maintenance
- fire up the trigger once again
- wait some time to drop the SLI
- create maintenance and ensure maintenance is set on the host
- SLI continues to drop
Result:
SLI drops even if maintenance assigned
Expected:
The standard ITIL / ISO manual the SLI of a system does not decrease anymore as soon as it is put into maintenance. It should not recalculate in the past, but SLI should not drop with maintenance added during the issue.
