For example "ManageEngine ServiceDesk".
It has "Problem recovery" message template, with body:
Problem has been resolved in {EVENT.DURATION} at {EVENT.RECOVERY.TIME} on {EVENT.RECOVERY.DATE} Problem name: {EVENT.NAME} Host: {HOST.NAME} Severity: {EVENT.SEVERITY} Original problem ID: {EVENT.ID} {TRIGGER.URL}
When we see that we have a reason to assume that this media type should close resolved problems, wright?
But if have a look to hook's JavaScript code, you will see that related variable "event_recovery_value" used only for logical checks, but not for actual ans specific request to close a problem on the "ManageEngine ServiceDesk".
I looked to Jira's webhook too, and I see the same approach.
So the issue may be related to multiple existing media types.
This is misleading. We should either implement the reals problem closing or remove the "Problem recovery" message template.
