Steps to reproduce:

1. Go Data collection -> Hosts
2. Open the Items ( or Triggers/Graphs/Discovery rules/Web scenarios) list page
3. Click on the item status Enabled or Disabled in column "Status"
4. Click on the host name in breadcrumb to open host overlay dialog
5. Update host
   

Result: error message:
Zabbix has received an incorrect request.
Operation cannot be performed due to unauthorized request.
Expected: success message: host updated
