New hosts can't capture data until restart the zabbix server container

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create new hosts and configure suitable template for them.
      2. Navigate to "Latest Data" to see captured data.
      3. The column "Latest Data" is empty, no data displayed.
      4. Wait for a long long time.
      5. Still no data displayed.
      6. Goto server shell, execute "docker restart [server container ID]" to restart the container
      7. Navigate to "Latest Data" to see captured data.
      8. The column "Latest Data" has data now.

      Result:
      If not restart container, new hosts' data can't be displayed.

      Restart container, new hosts' data displayed immediately.

      Expected:
      After new hosts added, captured data displayed normally
