JIT provisioning test OK without case sensitivity - login into AD is not case sensitive. (attached picture)

PROBLEM:

In Zabbix we have two scenarios:

In case the Case-sensitivity ON Zabbix provision every username we use (Name, name, NAME) - one AD user is twice+ in Zabbix (User, user ...)

In case the Case-sensitivity OFF Zabbix provision every username only once, but we get Error 500 if we use different case as firstly usage while provisioning.

USER do not know what is wrong, just see this Error 500 or in some browser even white screen without any information, At least INFORMATION to user what is wrong would me nice.

If more input needed, please contact me ASAP.

This issue is in our big environment with many users and user levels quite critical.
