      Logrt cannot be acquired in following Windows.

      Windows2003 R2 – not supported
      Windows2008 x64 – not supported
      Windows2008 R2 – not supported
      Windows2008 x64 – not supported
      Windows2003 R2 – OK
      Windows2008 x32 – OK

      The Agent log when becoming not supported is attached.
      When the file is opened, the path name is illegal.
