Linux has been restarted - many this same Problems

      After upgrade my Zabbix server and Zabbix agent to 6.0.23 and reboot server with installed agent i got strange problem.
      When i select "Acknowledge" and "Close" problem - zabbix create a new one.
      i rebooted server only 1 time but get many same problems:
