Set Agent icon color to green on getting "active" data without "passive" checks relation

      Implementation done in ZBXNEXT-5088 doesn't show Host status "Green" for host with only Active checks and "passive" interface (for example created during auto-registration) or if needed to make some checks not related to the Agent in "passive" mode.
