Version
In version 6.0.17 everything works normal.
After upgrading to version 6.0.22 or 6.0.23 snmp flooding occurs, which causes the IOS device to have a high cpu load (90-100%).
We have 3 zabbix instances in the same network, from which not all have had the problem.
Also the snmp flooding occurs randomly between IOS devices. In a total we have approx. 2000 devices and from time to time the problem occurs for 2-3 devices. After deleting the devices from the inventory, some days we don't have an issue, ... after a while the issue reoccurs for other IOS devices.
Steps to reproduce:
- Upgraded to version 6.0.22/6.0.23
- SNMP flooding (several 100 requests / second)
Result:
See attached logfile/tcpdump
Expected:
