LDAP authentication fails when search filter is not specified (use default search filter).
When the search filter is set to %{attr}=%{user}, authentication succeeds.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add LDAP server settings without search filter.
2. Run the authentication test.

Result:

Login failed
Incorrect user name or password or account is temporarily blocked.

Expected:
LDAP authentication is successful with the default search filter.
