We've discovered an issue in our AWS template where the proxy settings aren't working as expected. Even though we are using the {$AWS.PROXY} macro in our template, it seems like the proxy isn't being used.

Need to review the template code to see if it's correctly set up to handle the {$AWS.PROXY} macro.
