      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to "Users > Authentication > LDAP Server".
      2. Add new media to "Media type mapping".
      3. Save.
      4. Try to edit and delete this media type.

      Result:
      Media type is still exists.
      Expected:
      Mus be deleted.
