Template APC UPS by SNMP

      I'm trying to add UPS APC SRT6000 and SRT10000 using the "APC UPS by SNMP" template. The "Battery pack cartridge health" trigger has falsely triggered for everyone. The trigger is set to values other than 0, but the value comes from UPS -"0000000000000000"
